This program is everything I teach in my 1:1 program but in a group setting. Many women find this even more powerful, because of the accountability and community aspect it brings.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. We start with lab work review to look at hormones and other potential chronic inflammation markers to get to the root of your health issues that your doctor is not providing. 

  1. Then you will receive a customizable, personalized workout program for the home, gym or a hybrid of the two so you can feel strong, fit and capable.

  1. Next, you will get guidance on your nutrition based on your personal macrobiotic needs. This is NOT a diet. This is about helping you make your own choices from a place of fueling and nourishing your body.

  1. Finally, connect with the others in the group for encouragement and accountability during our weekly group coaching and education calls. On these calls, we deep dive into macros, hormones, gut health, nutrition, and fitness.
