Hi, I’m Lizzie and I am on a mission to help people just like you heal their gut, get their hormones back in balance and find peace with their bodies.
I find myself standing in the gap between my clients and their doctors all the time. Unfortunately, in our medical system, you get 15 minutes with a doctor once a year. Your labs are read against “normal ranges” that may or may not apply to you. This level of care is inadequate for most people. That’s where I come in.
Tell me if this sounds familiar: You go to the doctor because you are feeling sick and you know something is wrong. You just know something is off. You wait for months to see the doctor, they finally run labs and … surprise! They say your labs are fine. They probably tell you to sleep more, lose weight and come back to see them next year.
But wait! There’s gotta be more to the story than that.
I’m here to tell you the body never lies. If you feel off, that’s your body telling you there is something wrong. I’m here to help you figure that out (even when you have “normal” labs)

Lizzie has helped me so much. I joined her coaching program because I was sick of being written off by doctors. I was having debilitating IBS-D issues to the point where I was afraid to leave the house in fear of a flare up. I couldn’t enjoy going for walks with my husband and newborn because I’d often have to stop mid-walk with major urgency to use the restroom. I did narrow down some triggers prior to working with Lizzie so that was helpful but she helped me discover that some of my medications were causing low stomach acid, which gave my body the inability to digest a lot of foods properly. Everything started triggering my stomach eventually. Gas, bloating, urgency, etc everything was triggering it until Lizzie helped me figure out why.
I’m a lot less bloated now. I only really have IBS flare ups in times of major stress or anxiety (which are uncommon now), and I feel like it’s given me my life back.
She’s able to order and decipher blood work for you and work with you on nutrition, which is a skill you can take with you and use forever.

Finding and meeting Lizzie with Undiet Yourself was one of the best finds in my life! I struggled "unknowingly" with chronic constipation for years. Unknowingly, because it was normal for me to have one or two bowel movements a week. I had a "bandaid" on the problem the past couple years by using things to help me poop when I realized a problem, but it wasn't actually healing me. With Lizzie I found healing and ways to continue healing my body, and my mind and spirit.
